I am passionate about evidence-based massage and am eager to continue my education in order to promote healthy body function through massage; while also understanding how the nervous system has effects on our body & muscles. I was born and raised in Rocky Mountain House and spends most of my time outdoors snowboarding, dirtbiking or with my pups!
